The Magnetic Shields were used by Gahlok-Kal to channel its Elemental Powers. They were able to create a magnetic force field or a defensive shield of magnetic energy, or merely to magnetize objects. The shields could also function as melee weapons, or be used for defense.

They were destroyed when Gahlok-Kal was overloaded with Magnetism powers following the Toa Nuva's defeat of the Bohrok-Kal, and were crushed by Exo-Toa armor.

Example Usage

In the Toa Nuva's first conflict with the Bohrok-Kal in Powerless!, Gahlok-Kal used its Magnetic Shields to magnetically root Toa Nuva Lewa to the ground.

Set Information

The Magnetic Shields were released in the Gahlok Kal set in 2003.
