Kohrak Va are one of the six kinds of Bohrok Va.

When a Kohrak's Krana has been lost, it is a Kohrak Va's job to bring the Bohrok new Krana, as with all Bohrok Va. Dormant Krana that the Kohrak Va carry become white.

The Kohrak Va were brought into being to aid the Bohrok Swarms in their quest to cleanse the island of Mata Nui. In slumber, the Kohrak Va awaited the time when they would be awakened to do their duty. After Teridax was defeated by the Toa Mata, he awakened the swarms to impede the Toa's progress. Believing this to be the right time, the Bohrok began clearing the island.

The Kohrak Va were present for the Toa's first encounter with the Bohrok. As several Pahrak and Kohrak converged on Ta-Koro, the Toa arrived on the scene and began battling the creatures. After being driven back, the Kohrok Va continuing to helping the Bohrok. While Kopaka, after many battles, explored a little bit around Ko-Wahi, he noticed a Kohrak Va and several other Bohrok Va exiting a small cave, the Bohrok Nest.

After the newly transformed Toa Nuva defeated the Bahrag, the Kohrak Va feigned allegience to the Toa, and helped clean up the mess left by the swarms. When the Bohrok-Kal came about, the Kohrak Va aided them. After the Toa's victory, the Bohrok returned to slumber.

When the Toa rearrived on the abandoned island, they reawakened the Bohrok, allowing them to finally complete their duty. The Bohrok encountered the Kardas Dragon, and, after sustaining injuries, defeated the dragon. When they had finished cleansing the island, the Kohrak Va returned to the nests, awaiting the time when they would be needed again.

[carve] Abilities and Traits

Kohrak Va walk tall and slide down glaciers with relaxed skill. They are masters of camouflage with excellent hearing. At the slightest sign of attack, they bury themselves in ice with only their heads showing until the Kohrak arrive to protect them.

Kohrak Va used Ice Claws, letting them scale cliffs with ease.

[carve] Set Information

Kohrak Va appeared as a set in Spring 2002 along with the other five Bohrok Va. It contained 28 pieces. The set included a white Krana, the dormant Krana of Kohrak. It also had a promotional release with Kabaya sweets in Japan.

The pieces from Kohrak Va can be joined together with pieces from Nuhvok Va to make a Mata Nui Fishing Bird, or a Hapaka with pieces from Gahlok Va.
