Hahnah Crabs are an amphibious crab-like Rahi that inhabit The Pit.

One member of the species was attracted to the heat and light produced by Toa Mahri Jaller's Power Sword during the Toa Mahri's escape from the undersea caves, where they were being held by the Barraki. Since then, it followed him around during his time in The Pit. Upon seeing it, Jaller wondered if the crab viewed him the same way he himself had seen Toa Mata Tahu when Tahu first arrived on Mata Nui. When Jaller was teleported back to Metru Nui, the crab was left behind.

Jaller, at one point, strapped his Cordak Blaster to the crab's back to provide a distraction in battle, at Hewkii's suggestion.

The Hahnah crab that accompanied Jaller was released in the Toa Mahri Jaller canister set in late 2007. It carried his Cordak Blaster and was tied to Jaller's right hand by a length of chain.
