Carlos D'Anda was the original artist for the BIONICLE Comics, and is responsible for illustrating the first nine. He later resigned and was followed by Randy Elliott who continued to work on the comics until the "Ignition" series began in 2006.
D'Anda has recently worked on Hero Factory, the successor to BIONICLE, illustrating the covers of the comics.
