Talk:The Kingdom Alternate Universe

From BIONICLEsector01

Velika not a GB

I don't hold this against the editor who added this fact, but this development doesn't make any sense to me. Boidoh, or anyone else who's interested, do you think you could ask Greg to clarify this answer on the LMB topic? (I would do it myself, but I'm experiencing technical difficulties and can't log on to that site.) I just want Greg to explain what in the world he's thinking with this answer. I thought the Kingdom AU's divergence was Matoro's failure, not something that took place 100,000 years before that. --Angel Bob (talk) 01:30, 13 August 2014 (CEST)

I just asked it.--Boidoh (talk) 02:23, 13 August 2014 (CEST)

Giant cannon

Where is it said that the giant cannon they were making was to launch a spaceship?--Willess12 (talk) 22:52, 3 November 2014 (CET)

Quote by Turaga Takanuva: "Onua and the others have done all they can, but the original island cannot survive much longer. We will have to move on again, perhaps to the stars if Nuju and Nuparu's project works." We know they were developing space travel. I think it was connected with the cannon in a Greg chat at some point. That is a citation we could use. Could somebody with the know-how dig that up? If it's in the Farshtey Feed, I'll find it eventually. But it might be in the old backlogs, so someone with a BZP account should probably PM fishers64 and ask her to dig it up. (Question @ Dorek: How would we cite something from the Official Greg Dialogue, which is no longer available anywhere on the Internet?) --Angel Bob (talk) 23:57, 3 November 2014 (CET)
MAGIC
The short answer is we don't cite it. Them's the breaks. You can try making a specific request on BZP, see if anybody still has it in their messages (I have a few old ones I keep meaning to post), but there's a few we'll have to live without.
For what it's worth, it was definitely clarified by Greg when someone asked. I remember it well enough. -- I AM THE DOREK do not truffle with me 00:21, 4 November 2014 (CET)
