This is a combiner model introduced in 2001, portraying Toa Kaita Wairuha.

Set Information

Wairuha can be built by combining parts from 8533 Gali, 8535 Lewa, and 8536 Kopaka using instructions distributed between the manuals of the three sets. A total of 89 pieces are used in the model.

The three sets were released as 65130 "Toa 3-Pack 2" during 2002.

Features

Turning a gear on Wairuha's lower back causes his legs to move forwards or backwards. This gear function is anchored by a ball joint, providing sturdy poses and preventing Wairuha's legs from slipping when standing.

Wairuha also has two gears on his upper back, each of which can be turned to swing its respective arm.

Collectibles

Wairuha wears a green Kanohi Miru, which represents the Kanohi Rua.
