The 2005 Web Comics were a series of unreleased comics intended to tell the story of Turaga Dume's release from the Matoran Sphere he was trapped in. While the script of the first comic was released, no other parts of the series were actually completed.
Summary
Comic 1
The comic script begins in Po-Metru, where Toa Hordika Vakama, Onewa and Norik have just successfully defeated a group of Roporak. After the battle, Vakama laments the amount of Visorak in Metru Nui, and Norik re-emphasizes the need for the Toa Hordika to find the legendary Keetongu. Vakama states that they need help and suggests that they awaken Dume from his imprisonment.
After the Toa Hordika unite, they begin their quest to seek out Dume's sphere. A group of Keelerak chase the Toa into a chasm that had filled with molten Protodermis as a result of the Great Cataclysm. The Toa flee across a stone bridge but are met by Oohnorak on the other side and by Vohtarak from above.
With he and his fellows trapped, Onewa suddenly fires a Rhotuka spinner at the bridge. The bridge collapses beneath the Toa, and they begin plummeting toward the molten Protodermis below.
The script was not continued from this point, and the series was left incomplete.
