Controversial meaning

The opening paragraph of this page is somewhat...unprofessional. Is it suggesting how to generate a link to a user page, or what to enter as the URL?

"Your user page is the page at User:{{{Your Name Here}}} with the two [[]] around it."
— Shouldn't this be better worded as "Your user page is the page at User:Example", or "Your user page is the page at [[User:Example]]"?
