It’s the future of the Bionicle universe, as it reaches a great revolution. Or the death of all existence? A new and unique species mysteriously comes into being half a millennia ago. The Bionicle call them the ‘organics’ or more properly, the ‘humans’.
They know nothing of their origins as they came sailing on ships from a wayward island. Soon they learn the power of elements, which they can possess and control. For nearly 500 years they harmonize, defeat the odds and bring peace and prosperity. The Humans merge into the Bionicle culture, following traditions, architect and beyond, yet, uniquely bringing in new languages, fashion and names.
    But all good cannot last, especially with the slow rise of hatred between the races. The Humans are intolerant to make contact and unity through the whole universe, to stretch out their small Empire that spans over the island of Makashi where the first humans arrived, and where the center of the turmoil begins. While the Bionicle are stubborn in their ways and slowly fear the old prophecy is coming true. Murders and assassination slowly rise on both parties, or is a conspiracy rising on just one side? The senate that binds all together is decaying as the Emperors of humans take more control. One such Emperor, Tennou takes the large and dangerous step forward. Betraying the Bionicle. It is time for the humans to be dominant, to bring them in a new age.
Without anyone to catch his schemes, he sends out his almost endless armies all over the lands, a large massacre of Bionicle, and persuading the humans that the Bionicle meant to overthrow them, they were the savage ones clawing for power. Not he, the holy Emperor. The powerful Toa, leaders and organizations were all ripped apart. Matoran and the most innocent are now being hunted like animals.
    Now, 100 years later from the betrayal the Emperor is still in control. The Bionicle are in ruin and decaying. Falling into history, legend, myth. They are the forgotten race, dying and persecuted. The humans now take ill favor in believing the great spirits, and believe the Emperor is their savior. But this cannot be the end, now can it?
Hope is not lost. An academy, a small monastery taught to uphold the virtues, Mata Nui, and the unity of the species secretly strives to bring back the falling peace. Markus Ying, a strong leader that has led this academy for year’s feels it is now or never to stop the Emperors monarchy. But, not only does he know if they do not restore the unity, soon, this world will crumble. And a much, deeper, and dangerous threat looms inside, ready to strike.
